FRANCISTOWN: The Association of Botswana Schools Performing Arts (ABOSPA) has vowed to nurture students’ talents in performing arts. The president of ABOSPA Patrick Setsiba revealed this during ABOSPA 2016 national performing arts festival held recently where 10 regions competed under choral music, drama and poetry and traditional song and dance.

The festival attracted schools across all levels, from primary, junior and senior secondary to tertiary. Setsiba said the association’s wish is to see students talented in performing arts being able to survive through their talent.

He said Batswana have interest and commitment in the performing arts hence a need for motivation.
