We are almost there: Barata-Phathi

The Barata Phathi splinter group of the Botswana Democratic Party will by Sunday have finalized an interim constitution and decided on a name.

Party spokesman Sidney Pilane told Mmegi yesterday that the party steering committee has been meeting to deliberate on these aspects.

"We had a meeting last night where we continued our discussions on the draft constitution. We also discussed at length the 10 names which the Registrar of Societies had said were ready for use," said Pilane.
