Minerals sector in new bull market

After several years of a downturn in the mining and mineral resources sector, green shoots continue to appear off the back of a recovery in commodity prices, which began in 2016, with a corresponding improvement in investor sentiment.

 The general sentiment is that a recovery is underway in the resources sector and for the mining sector to secure a sustainable future; smaller projects are the way forward.

“The bottom line is we are in a new ‘bull’ market that is just moving into the second innings and will this time likely be hot for the next 8 to 10 years” states Alan Clegg, chairman, Shumba Energy.
