Boko's simple wedding

Many had imagined some flamboyance, a convoy of expensive cars, some fancy decorations or even a Hummer limousine, but Umbrella for Democratic Change UDC) president, Duma Bokos wedding was as simple as anyone can imagine.

It however, attracted a lot of media attention.The wedding was held at Mogaung ward in Moshupa on Saturday where multitudes of well-wishers came to witness as one of Botswana’s high profile bachelors started a new life as a family man.

The giant politician married his long time sweetheart and mother of his son, Kaone Mokganedi in a simple traditional ceremony that attracted people from all walks of life. The ceremony started with a church service held at the Mokganedi family home with only the couple’s relatives and a few villagers.
