New Deputy MD at Debswana

The Debswana Diamond Company has appointed Sean Brennan as the Deputy Managing Director- Technical and will resume the position from June 1, 2007 after the finalisation of the necessary labour and immigration formalities.

A statement announcing the appointment says Sean is a seasoned mining professional who has enjoyed a diverse and rewarding career in the international mining industry.

Sean has held a variety of technical, operations, consulting and senior management roles and gained broad experience in different phases of open pit and underground mine development.
