Who else is likely to follow Rammidi?

A week ago the former assistant Minister of Local Government who is also member of parliament for Kanye North Kentse Rammidi stepped down from cabinet, citing his interest in running for party position in the upcoming congress. However, some people have read more into the resignation and concluded that it is a sign of unhappiness within the cabinet.
