PHK successor has tough assignment

SELEBI-PHIKWE: The Member of Parliament for Mmadinare constituency Ponatshego Kedikilwe's departure from the political race in the coming general elections has paved the way for a fresh face to carry the baton.

The MP has been bidding farewell to people in his constituency during kgotla meetings announcing that he will be retiring from active politics, thus not contesting any posts.

However, the ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) may find it difficult to identify a candidate to fill Kedikilwe's shoes, who has been active in the party since 1984.
