The odious problems attendant on Botswana's private tertiary institutions will never end unless the Minister of Education, who is fully aware of them, and the Chief Executive of the Tertiary Education Council, who is the chief architect of the morass, are both removed.

Any attempt that does not include the clinical separation of the two men from the whirlpool will prove to be lamentably defective and amenable to artful manipulation by accomplished hoodlums.
