Music awards must be run professionally

The Botswana Music Awards, present the culmination of musical events of the year, in a few hours, seeking to capture in a few hours, what was done in a year, perhaps even over a number of years.

There have been about five instalments of this monumentous event since they were rediscovered by Chase Mhango a couple of years ago. So it is only natural to expect that some improvement must have been made in the intervening period. Sadly, it appears that all that has changed is the glitter, fashion, venue and the date on which the event is held.
