Kids miss school as teenage mothers drift to urban areas

BOROLONG: Whenever children reach the age of seven, they are eager to start schooling, always pestering their parents to take them to school.

Once admitted, they will usually boast to their under-age siblings about the food and games they enjoy at school.

Woefully, the younger brothers and sisters remaining at home would be treated with disdain by their more enlightened sibling who would have forged new friendships in the school grounds and the classrooms.
