While some people go to extent of screaming, hauling insults at others, thrashing office equipment and slamming doors, others simply get fed up, stop communicating, put on a headset and keep to themselves.Like other emotions, expression of rage is normal. According to Dr. George Kirk, a person does not express emotions, even if this rage is blunt with no meaning attached to their life.
"The universal trigger for rage is the threat that you are endangered in terms of what you want to achieve, yourself-esteem or the possibility of frustration", he explains.We can easily rage at workplaces where all sorts of people converge. Rage however other than being the most difficult emotion to control, can lead to regrettable actions and outbursts when expressed on impulse, which you definitely do not want to happen so often unless you do not mind being jobless.
