FRANCISTOWN: They may have gleefully welcomed the increase in the passenger fares, but the P3.60 to take their customers from one point to the other looks set to be an albatross around their necks.

Some customers are also complaining that they are always short-changed by taxi drivers who always claim that they do not have loose change.

A woman passenger on the Borolong-Francistown route told Mmegi last Saturday that she has lost count of the times she was told "ga ke na 10 thebe' (I do not have a 10thebe).
