Debswana Still Chums With Collins, Newman

Business dealings between Debswana and Collins Newman attorneys have not broken down, according to Debswana public and corporate affairs manager, Esther Kanaimba.

This follows unconfirmed reports that the company had opted out of its dealings with the prominent law firm because it also represents former Debswana managing director, Louis Nchindo who faces 30 corruption charges.

In her statement, Kanaimba said Debswana had engaged Collins and Newman Attorneys on a retainer basis for a specific period of time.
