Why explode while courts Abound

The MoE, perhaps in its modern reincarnation, has not been the best at dealing with issues affecting tertiary students. In many cases, the ministry's methods have been questionable to say the least.

Members of the public should be familiar now with the altercations between the ministry and students of the University of Botswana, and on a few occasions, with students of the other tertiary institutions. The ministry officials are often not blameless.
