This football madness must stop!

What began as an innocent looking protest has snowballed into a crisis of unimaginable proportions as football reels. The handling of what has turned out to be a manufactured crisis, has left a lot of questions hanging around the administration of the country’s most followed sport.

From the judiciary structures to the top men at both the Botswana Football Association (BFA) and Botswana Premier League (BPL), everyone has been at sixes and sevens.

At times our men and women trusted with the administration of the game have appeared desperately clueless. The matter was left to escalate right under the nose of able men and women, and now the inferno is raging dangerously, threatening to consume even the innocent.
