Ombudsman report four years late

This week, the Ombudsman Festinah Bakwena released the organisation’s 2012/3 annual report. In January 2016? The intention of the annual reports is to update the clients, in this case the nation, on what transpired in the last 12 months of business.

Such reports may contain achievements in implementation of projects, proposed developments for the coming year, challenges faced, complaints recorded as well as how much the organisation’s expenditure was in the previous year.
