It's Election Time

On Friday, Batswana will be going out to decide who will be their next government in the next five years.

Five years is a long time and we urge Batswana to go and vote on Friday. It is good that the polling day has been declared a public holiday. In that case people should use this day to vote and not to do other businesses.Different political parties have been engaged in massive campaign in their attempt to woo the electorate. We believe that by Thursday Batswana right across the political divide will have made informed decisions as to who they are going to vote for.

We would like to urge tolerance among the voters and the candidates. We believe that the best candidates, based on how they have sold their programmes, will win and those who lose should lose honourably. We do not anticipate any trouble during this election as it was the case in the past elections.
