Get your act together MoESD

Over the years, the Ministry of Education and Skills Development (MoESD) has not disappointed in living up to its unenviable reputation as a troublesome docket where simple things are done wrong with annoying irregularity.

In short, Hlabano asserted that the ministry is top-heavy while the public education sector is suffering because of staff shortages at the lower reaches.  He stated that the salary of 10 ministry Fat Cats (regional directors) is enough to pay 70 teachers yet the big bosses add very little value to the sector.
