This time around we want to talk about fair labour practices in sport in general and football in particular.
The number of coaches sacked by football teams in the country is sickening, to say the least. Lobatse's glamour boys, the Gunners, parted ways with Assistant Coach Innocent Morapedi, Tasc of Francistown gave Seth Moleofhi the boot, Gabane Santos sacked Major David Bright, while Township Rollers kicked out Madinda Ndlovhu. The list is endless.
It underscores the indispensable role women play in our society, particularly in building strong households and nurturing families.
