The Minister for Lands and Housing, Ramadeluka Seretse himself acknowledged this to parliament, albeit in more politically correct wording. But whichever way one describes it, the BHC is one of the parastatals that have completely lost direction.
They seem to have this misplaced idea that they are a giant company wading through a highly competitive real estate market to accrue as much returns as it can get for its shareholders.
