BFA Should Consult PLC

Trouble seems to be brewing between the Botswana Football Association

The PLC might have a point.
As the custodian of the league, they have to be told when such games are organised so that they can work their programme such that it accommodates the national team. It is wrong for them to hear about such things on television. We strongly condemn this kind of attitude of the BFA towards the PLC. It is important that there is harmony between the two organisations for there to be a smooth relationship.

It is a well-known fact that the PLC is a subordinate organ of the BFA, but they have been given the mandate to run the league. So they should not just be disturbed at will by the BFA.  The PLC has a responsibility to the teams and the players.
