Are Chinese contractors giving us value for money?

One of those projects were the University of Botswana buildings, along with a number of roads. Indeed, for the first time government was very happy that the Chinese contractors are not only finishing projects ahead of schedule but were also thorough and cost effective, far much cheaper than the traditional clients that charged exorbitant prices when it came to government projects.

However, it would seem the Chinese contractors are now taking government's immense trust on them for granted.
