A week hardly passes without the airline delaying its customers for local or international flights.  A few weeks ago, the airline left a group of Japanese tourists stranded at Maun Airport.  More and more stories are reported on cyberspace or social media of Air Botswana causing serious inconvenience to its customers.

The latest was last Sunday's delayed flight from Cape Town to Gaborone that resulted in passengers landing at Sir Seretse Khama International Airport at 2am, instead of at 8pm.  Arriving at one's destination at such a time of night - whether by road or by air - is a serious inconvenience, considering the fact that people are continuously engaged in business.
