Action must follow Siele's 'confession'

This was confirmed by the Minister of Labour and Home Affairs, Peter Siele, when addressing a child labour meeting at Moletemane near Tsetsebjwe last week.
Traditionally, the lighter aspects of subsistence agriculture work of tilling the land and herding cattle have been assigned to children as part of their socialisation and grooming for responsible citizenship in adult life. But the emphasis was on measured tasking that considered age, stage and physique of the child.
