The ICC must never be disbanded

It is often argued by the "Africans" that the International Criminal Court (ICC) is only targeting African leaders. Our 'leaders' branded "unfair" and bemoaned its "totally unacceptable" treatment of Africa, with African Union ministers calling for cases against Kenyan and Sudanese leaders to be deferred.

The leaders are disgusted by what they deem a court that is out to ‘get them’. I am disgusted by the way the leaders are blatantly forgetting that lives have been lost, blood shed by many people in this continent at the instigation of the very same leaders.

Since 2008 when Moreno Ocampo, former ICC Prosecutor, launched charges against Sudanese President Bashir, African governments, acting within the framework of the African Union, issued a number of declarations expressing increasing discontent about the process of the ICC on the content.
