Weak leadership to blame for Air Botswana�s woes � PS

Appearing before the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), the acting Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Ompone Kereteletswe attributed the airline’s poor performance to weak leadership noting that there are some strategies in place that had not been implemented.
“Leadership is key. Most of the failures that the airline encountered were due to weak leadership. There is an improved commercial sustainable airport strategy in place, which lacks implementation,” he said.
