Turnstar parts ways with Khumo

Property titan, Turnstar Holdings has parted ways with its asset management consultant, Khumo Property, after nearly six years, as it moves towards in-house management of its P684 million property portfolio.

Turnstar Holdings is the country's largest property company boasting nine properties which include retail landmarks such as Game City, Nzano and Supa Save shopping centres.

According to the company's recently released final results, the management contract with Khumo ended on February 28, 2011, nearly six years after it was first inked on November 1, 2005.
