Tourism board achieves cohesion of policies

The grading of facilities in the hospitality industry is almost complete, says the Botswana Tourism Board (BTB).

In the organisation's first annual report, BTB's CEO Myra Sekgororoane says the results indicate that more needs to be done to improve the standard of local facilities.

Sekgororoane says because the proportion of facilities not meeting the minimum grading standard is not satisfactory, BTB will have to work with various operators to assist them in upgrading the standard of their facilities.
