Tati Nickel and BMR restructured

FRANCISTOWN: Norilsk Nickel entities Tati Nickel Mining Company and Botswana Metal Refinery (BMR) have restructured their top management in order to enhance efficiency.

The company's Public and Corporate Affairs Manager Thuso Dikgaka has told Business Day that the restructuring has created four divisions, drawing personnel from the two companies to provide support services to both companies.

The divisions are Organisational Capability headed by Peter Meswele; Safety, Health, Environment and Quality headed by George Sehunelo; Asset Management headed by Hugo Truter; and the Commercial Division, the recruitment of the head of which is in progress.
