Stock market still the best investment option - analysts

Due to effects of the global recession, the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) is still in the red on a year-to-date basis, although increased investor appetite experienced in the past few weeks has seen indices head northwards.

According to a weekly report from Motswedi Securities, fundholders and those seeking to hedge against inflation are still advised to put their funds in the shares market due to the lower real returns on other investment instruments such as the money market.
