Stanbic commends entrepreneurs

Stanbic Bank Botswana has hailed entrepreneurs for their role in growing the country’s economy, build a strong working class, and create good, well-paying jobs for people across Botswana and around the world.

This came after the commemoration of the recent Global Entrepreneurship Week, in which entrepreneurs, innovators, investors, and collaborators from around the world connected, shared ideas, and inspired one another in a bid to propel economic growth forward.

Stanbic Bank Botswana head of marketing, Stephanie Stoneham said without entrepreneurs, there would be few new jobs and little innovation, which would lead to a weak growth and productivity scenario.
