Speculative property pricing hits F/town

FRANCISTOWN: Though she is laughing all the way to the bank because business is booming, estate agent Stephina Molefi is apprehensive about the future.

At her office at Willy Kathurima and Associates here, business is brisk and Molefi does not hide the fact that she is having it good.

"I cannot keep a house for a week," she says. "There are constant enquiries. Every time I want to leave the office, there is a new client who wants to see me about a property."
