SkyCloud helps bridge Botswana’s development gap

SkyCloud Properties has called for greater private sector participation in Botswana’s infrastructure development, saying innovative project financing could help address the country’s housing and infrastructure needs without placing further pressure on government finances.

Speaking at a project financing engagement, SkyCloud managing director, Bruce Nkgakile, the company has identified opportunities in the housing , student accommodation, government offices and transport sectors through market intelligence and engagements with local institutions.

“We have a property division called Sky Class Properties, which has approached local commercial banks and received a positive response ," he said.
