Retired Dewah organises special PPP symposium

Botswana will host a conference on the Public-Private Sector Dialogue aimed at recognising the country's pioneering role in this field next week in Gaborone.

The conference is acknowledged as the brainchild of the former Executive Director of the Botswana Confederation of Commerce, Industry and Manpower (BOCCIM), Elias Dewah, who retired last December.

A spokesperson of BOCCIM, Tebogo Rapitsenyane, says before Dewah left, he had initiated a proposal to the Centre for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) to consider sponsoring such a conference in Botswana.
