PrimeTime eyes Zambian property acquisition

PrimeTime Property Holdings' executives said that negotiations for the "relatively small acquisition," had been concluded and the deal's finalisation was only pending regulatory and financial approvals.

In their 2012 Annual Report released in Gaborone yesterday, executives said the Zambian deal had been held up by a year due to changes in Zambia's foreign currency regulations. It will now go ahead as an all Zambian Kwacha-based purchase and lease, in compliance with the new regulations. Details on the Zambian asset are expected once a full agreement is signed.
