PrimeTime expands CBD portfolio

Prime Time Property Holdings has announced the completion of the first phase of the fourth building of Prime Plaza in the Central Business District (CBD).

Prime Time Managing Director Sandy Kelly told Business Week that the 5,400 square metre property, which boasts of six floors, is going to be the keystone of the Prime Plaza.

The building is wholly occupied by Barclays on a 10-year lease. The office space can accommodate 410 workers. Kelly said the building would be fully complete by August next year.
