Primetime acquires G4S property

PrimeTime Property Holdings Limited has announced the acquisition of a property belonging to G4S Security Services (Botswana) Limited at a cost of P22.5 million.

In a statement, G4S say they felt that the best return on shareholders' investment would be gained by focusing on their core business, which is the provision of security services, systems and secure logistics.

The sale frees up more capital to finance the expansion of the business. "To find a buyer, there were two rounds of bids, it was in the second round of bids that PrimeTime came out as the preferred purchaser. PrimeTime is the right partner, looking at their experience, we have no doubt that this relationship will be a fruitful one," stated Michael Kampani, the Finance Director of G4S.
