PHK 'throws tantrums' over Inga 3

The Minister of Minerals, Energy and Water Resources, Ponatshego Kedikilwe, has been "throwing tantrums" over the slow pace with which the much-vaunted Inga 3 hydroelectric project is progressing.

"I recently had to throw tantrums after a meeting that Botswana prompted did not materialise," Kedikilwe said this when addressing the media on the power shortages confronting the country.

"The pace is not as quick as some of us would like it to be," he said.
