Orange gives customers a treat

Orange Botswana subscribers were given a treat last Friday as the entire company staff countrywide left their offices to interact with them in an All for Customers day.

The staff joined frontline service providers at Orange shops and stalls where they met customers face-to face.  According to Orange Botswana Communications Manager, Itumeleng Ramsden, the initiative was aimed at reaffirming the mobile network provider's commitment to a renewed customer service built around the revolving needs.

"This strategy aligns with Orange's long-term agenda set out by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Elisabeth Medou-Badang, to deliver a brilliant service, innovation and become the best-loved telecommunications company in the Botswana," reads a communiqu from the company.
