Opracon celebrates 10 years, unveils ambitious expansion plans

Opracon Managing Director, Jonathan Hore, says the company's decade-long journey from a bedroom-based start-up to a trusted service provider for some of Botswana's biggest organisations demonstrates that resilience, consistency, and long-term relationships are the cornerstones of sustainable business growth.

Speaking during Opracon's 10th anniversary celebrations, Hore reflected on the company's evolution since its establishment in July 2016, revealing that what began as a technology firm has since diversified into human resources, skills development, and academy services under the Opracon brand.

"We started as a tech firm. Today we have expanded into HR and recently launched Skills and Academy because business is about evolving to meet the needs of the market," he said.
