A policy that aims to guide the economy to holistically promote entrepreneurship and develop Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMME) sector has been completed.

The Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry, Vincent Seretse said this week at the annual Local Enterprise Authority (LEA) Pitso which was held under the theme ‘capacitating SMMEs, a catalyst for employment creation in Botswana’.

“To address most of the challenges amongst the SMMEs, government completed the review of the Draft National Entrepreneurship Policy which will be presented to parliament this year,” he said.
