Natasa Mining to acquire 70% stake in African Copper

Aim- and ASX-listed mining investment company Natasa Mining will acquire a 70 percent stake in TSX- and Aim-listed African Copper through a proposed $6,5-million equity placement.

African Copper says Natasa has agreed to assist the ailing group with a bridging loan of US$1.5 million to meet its immediate and critical working capital requirements.

Under the terms of the agreement announced on Monday, Natasa Mining has agreed to make available a short-term, interest-free secured loan facility of US$1.5 million.
