Minister Annoys Moolman Employees

The employees say they are in the dark about the appointments because Moolman has no such programme in place and does not have even a single Motswana understudying the 25 expatriates in the company. They said the only available programme closer to understudying for locals is for apprenticeship for students.
"When we read the statement in a newspaper article, we could not believe what the Assistant Minister said. Whoever gave him the figures, lied to him. What makes it even worse is that the majority of those expatriates are less qualified than some Batswana who work under them," an angry Moolman employee said on condition of anonymity.
