Hennie Loubser, the General Manager of Microsoft in Africa and Indian Ocean Islands, said offering these opportunities is an important step to encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship because the idea is to boost the local software developer industry, driving increased availability of highly skilled and proficient ICT users as well as developer skills in the country.
