Local property group, RDC Properties Limited has recorded P126.3 million profit before tax in the year ended 31 December 2015, a nine percent increase from P115.3 million in the corresponding period.

The growth is attributed to the value related to Masa Centre and Chobe Marina Lodge as well as the acquisition of the RDC flats in Gaborone, which were part of the group’s residential diversification in November last year.

According to the Group’s Executive chairman, Guido Giachetti, their investment and property portfolio grew to P1.1 billion while the group’s revenue also increased by 11 percent from P78.1 million to P87 million.
