Letlole mulls SADC expansion

Botswana based public property company, Letlole La Rona Limited (LLR) is planning to expand its investment portfolio outside Botswana due to limited market opportunities in this country.

LLR properties include hotels, warehouses and factory shells which the company says are all financially viable in terms of tenants and stable rental stream. This mix of properties also represents a diversified yet balanced portfolio of long term and short term rentals in the tourism and industrial sectors of the economy.

Briefing the media this week, the chief executive for LLR, Dimitri Kokinos explained that the company is looking for expansion opportunities in SADC countries such as Namibia, Tanzania and other African countries because Botswana's market is limited.
