LEA prepares to host second SMME Fair

Following on the runaway success of the inaugural event, the Local Enterprise Authority (LEA) is scheduled to bring small businesses and affiliated stakeholders together at a second Botswana SMME Fair.

The exhibition will run from April 29 to May 1, 2010 under the theme "Expanding the Local Procurement Base."

Scores of LEA-registered SMMEs, their counterparts from the SADC region, procurement professionals from public and private institutions and other stakeholders are expected to participate in the fair whose official opening will be performed by the Vice President Mompati Merafhe.
