*Compliance with PPAD a factor in the review
The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) plans to review financial thresholds for Ministerial Tender Committees (MTC) and District Administration Tender Committees (DATC), possibly pushing through revised limits in the next budget.

Currently, MTCs adjudicate and procure goods and services up to P25 million while DATCs handle amounts of up to P2 million.  Above these respective limits, the committees are required to defer to PPADB.

Over the years, MTC thresholds have risen from P5 million, past P10 million to the current levels while DATC limits rose similarly.  Under the PPAD Act, the thresholds are reviewed biennially.
