Government urged to recapitalise Debswana

FRANCISTOWN: This year's budget speech comes at a time when Botswana is in the throes of a debilitating economic recession. Miners have added their voice on what needs to be done to rescue the situation.

On Monday, all eyes will be on Baledzi Gaolathe, the Minister of Finance and Development Planning, when he presents the budget speech to Parliament in Gaborone.
