Festive shopping mood hits francistown

Food and clothing retail stores have started receiving large numbers of shoppers on any given day.

Hordes of shoppers, who include both citizens and foreigners, have been thronging the Central Business District since the last week of November which marked the beginning of this festive shopping spree.  As preparations for celebrations such as weddings, family reunions and others get underway, shops stocking wedding cakes, fashionable costumes and catering equipment are making a killing.
